Should I give homework to clients after EMDR?

Should we give homework to clients after Phase 4? Most of the time, probably not. But when would it be a good idea? In today's video, we look at when to never give homework, when to consider giving homework, and a recent example of an awesome homework idea for one of my own EMDR clients.

As always, we seek to develop our clinical reasoning skills (instead of just running with an answer) so we can feel confident and joyful with our clients.
